Tips
& Pointers: v Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily (DO NOT avoid fluid intake). v Avoid certain foods that act as stimulants, such as caffeine,
alcohol, and chocolate. v Retrain your bladder by trying to urinate less often. v Avoid wearing tight clothing. v Stay active (20 minutes of daily exercise). v Complete your Kegel exercises daily. v DON’T GIVE UP!!! Risk
